SUMMARY:Accountability Court Practitioner Training for Attorneys
DESCRIPTION:Speakers will include accountability court judges and experienc
 ed practitioners who will offer legal content alongside skill-building act
 ivities. This training will provide a refresher of basic accountability co
 urt legal issues as well as delving into more advanced and nuanced legal t
 opics. Due process\, sanctions\, judicial conduct\, and attorney ethics an
 d professionalism will be covered. Sessions will also feature need-to-know
  information about important accountability court components such as treat
 ment\, drug testing\, and data collection.  \n\nTo develop the agenda\, w
 e are seeking presenters who can deliver engaging\, skill-building content
  for new attorneys to effectively serve participants while promoting best 
 practices across all accountability court types.\n\nAre you interested in
