SUMMARY:Accountability Court Practitioner Training for Attorneys
DESCRIPTION:Speakers will include accountability court judges and experienc
 ed practitioners who will offer legal content alongside skill-building act
 ivities. This training will provide a refresher of basic accountability co
 urt legal issues as well as delving into more advanced and nuanced legal t
 opics. Due process\, sanctions\, judicial conduct\, and attorney ethics an
 d professionalism will be covered. Sessions will also feature need-to-know
  information about important accountability court components such as treat
 ment\, drug testing\, and data collection.  \n\nThe CACJ Training Acknowl
 edgement and Agreement (TAA) is required and must be signed by all parties
  to complete registration.\n\nIf approved to attend\, additional details w
