FY22 Notice of Intent to Apply for Funding

Each CACJ accountability court (existing and new) is required to submit the Notice of Intent (NOI)  to Apply for Funding form. This form is mandatory for all courts that will apply for state grant funds during the upcoming FY22 ( July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

The Notice of Intent solicits basic court and contact information that will help the CACJ Funding Committee prepare for the upcoming fiscal year funding decisions. 

The courts include, adult felony drug courts, DUI courts, mental health courts, veterans treatment courts, juvenile drug, juvenile mental health, family treatment courts. New accountability courts are programs that intend to implement during FY22 (after July 1, 2022).  

The CACJ FY22 Notice of Intent to Apply for Funding will open Monday, November 16, 2020 and is due no later than Friday, December 11, 2020.
