FY25 Court Operating Profile

Each CACJ accountability court (existing and new) is required to complete the Court Operating Profile. his report is mandatory for all courts who were awarded funds in FY2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).  The purpose of the survey is to capture details on your court operations, including basic program information, court type specifics, referrals and eligibility, court capacity, treatment requirements, court staffing and structure, and drug screen policies and procedures.

The survey is mandatory for any accountability court who receives state funds per CACJ Rules (Article 4, III., B., pg. 14). 

The CACJ FY25 Court Operating Profile will open on Tuesday, January 2, 2025 and is due no later than Friday, January 31, 2025.

Accountability Court Coordinators and/or Directors will receive an email from CACJ with the instructions to complete the COP on January 2, 2025. If you do not receive the email please contact the CACJ Data and Research Team at the email address below. 

CACJ will review the new survey in a short webinar planned for Tuesday, January 7, at Noon. 

A PDF copy of the new survey is below. We encourage you to review the questions to prepare for the opening of the survey as there are new and revised questions.
