Participant Transfers
The Transfer Best Practices Guide outlines procedures for accountability court programs in superior and state court to use when processing transfers between programs. It went into effect on March 1, 2023 for a six month beta-testing period in which programs are asked to begin using it. After the close of the beta-testing period, the Standards and Certification Committee will review feedback from court programs and may issue a revised version.
