Certification
Georgia’s state funded accountability courts must be certified by the CACJ every two years. Courts complete a certification application and submit it for review along with supporting documentation like their policy and procedure manuals, participant handbooks, contracts, MOUs, and other materials that demonstrate they are adhering to state standards and best practices. The application and materials are reviewed and approved by the Standards and Certification Committee.
