Performance Measures Report

In FY 2025, 189 accountability courts served 9, 329 participants. This is a 12.3% increase in the number of participants served compared to FY 2024. Of those served, 3,068 entered the program during the fiscal year and 1,803 graduated. Over 679,000 drug tests were administered with a 91% negative drug test rate. Additionally, 49 families were reunified and 52 drug-free babies were born to female participants.
