Performance Measures Report
Formerly known as the "Statewide Report," the Performance Measures Report aims to highlight the accountability court outcomes achieved in FY 2023.
In FY 2023, there were 184 accountability courts serving 7,464 participants. Of those served, 2,890 entered the program during the fiscal year and 1,615 graduated. From FY 2019 to 2023 there was a 13% increase in the number of accountability courts in Georgia. Over 425,000 drug tests were administered with a 90% negative drug test rate. Additionally, 65 families were reunified and 31 drug free babies were born to female participants.
