Georgia’s state grant funded accountability courts are required by statute to follow state standards.

Funding

To receive state funding, all 5 types of adult accountability courts must be certified and complete certain ongoing steps.

Report Your Data

Courts must collect and report data every quarter to maintain their certificate and continue to be eligible for state funding. CACJ gathers court data into a yearly report.
