To receive state funding, all 5 types of adult accountability courts must be certified and complete certain ongoing steps.
Submissions are currently closed. Check back this December to apply.
Certification requirements are based on standards and best practices developed from national research.
Courts must collect and report data every quarter to maintain their certificate and continue to be eligible for state funding. CACJ gathers court data into a yearly report.
