Five Points Solutions Training: Workflow and Reporting Enhancements in CaseWorX
As ACCM has transitioned from CaseWorX, the system is changing from a data collection tool to a workflow management tool. As such, in this training we will be discussing system changes that reduce duplicative data entry, simplify communication between team members, and allow for individual program-level customization of fields and system layout to simplify system navigation. We will also review the ad-hoc court calendar, which allows each program to pick the data points they would like to have appear on their court calendars.
An essential function of a case management tool is to provide data to the courts and to the state about program operations and outcomes. We will discuss recent changes to state reporting criteria and the implications those changes have for how courts record data. We will also discuss upcoming changes to both programmatic and analytical capability within CaseWorX.
