Standards, Certification, & Peer Review

Courts must collect and report data to maintain their certification and continue to be eligible for state funding. CACJ gathers court data into a yearly report.

To receive state funding, all of Georgia's accountability courts must adhere to state standards and be certified. Additionally, courts must participate in training, peer review, and treatment monitoring.

CACJ has recognized model courts that can provide extra assistance. You can reach out to model courts to share materials, ask questions, and schedule observations.
