CACJ Standards for Accountability Courts
Georgia's state grant-funded accountability courts are required by statute to follow state standards. These standards were developed by judges and court professionals and are grounded in research‑based best practices. They are designed to strengthen court operations and support positive outcomes for participants.
The Adult Felony Drug Courts, Adult Mental Health Courts, and Veterans Treatment Courts now share one set of standards.
