Each CACJ accountability court (existing and new) is required to submit the Notice of Intent to Apply for Funding form. This form is mandatory for all courts that will apply for state grant funds. The Notice of Intent solicits court program and contact information that will help the CACJ Funding Committee prepare for the upcoming FY funding.
