Accountability Court Attorney Practitioner Training
This training is limited to attorneys actively serving in a state-funded or state-certified accountability court program.
CACJ’s Annual Attorney Practitioner Training will be held in Athens on October 28, 2025. This training is appropriate for attorneys serving in all accountability court types but will focus on superior and state court issues.
This in-person training is scheduled from 9:00 am-3:30 pm in Athens, GA
No hybrid or remote option will be available.
Hotel available for eligible attendees.

This training, presented by experienced accountability court practitioners, will provide a comprehensive overview of accountability court legal principles as well as delve into other need-to-know topics such as treatment principles and effective data collection and reporting. Due process, sanctions, judicial conduct, and attorney ethics and professionalism will be covered.
