Evidence-Based Curricula Training: Seeking Safety (South)
Seeking Safety is an evidence-based, present-focused counseling model to help people attain safety from trauma and/or addiction.
- Registration is limited to 30 attendees.
- In-person attendance is required.
- The meeting location is Savannah, GA.
- Hotel accommodations and travel reimbursement are provided to eligible attendees.
Per the CACJ Rules and Standards, before beginning to administer any treatment services or curricula to accountability court participants, all treatment providers must be appropriately licensed and certified to administer those curricula and services.
This course is considered an Evidence-Based Curriculum Training Course subject to a Treatment Monitoring Visit.
CACJ will provide copies of the required training materials to participants. These materials will be referenced throughout the class and is essential to the participants training experience when scoring practice cases with class attendees and the instructor(s).
The CACJ Training Acknowledgement and Agreement (TAA) is required and must be signed by all parties to complete registration.
If approved to attend, additional details will be provided to attendees upon confirmation of attendance.
