Level of Service Case Management Inventory User Refresher
The LS/CMI booster training is an interactive 4 – hour training designed to serve as a refresher on the Level of Service/Case Management Inventory (LS/CMI) for court program staff previously certified in the theory and administration of the tool.
- Registration is limited to 20 attendees.
- On-camera participation is required.
- This training is Virtual.
- Hotel accommodations and travel reimbursement are provided to eligible attendees.
During the session, there will be multiple opportunities for participants to observe, practice, and present material.
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the principles of risk, need, and responsivity
- Identify types of questions that should and should not be used when conducting
assessment interviews - List common assessment mistakes and describe techniques to prevent them
- Explain common scoring mistakes
- Apply the standardized scoring criteria with confidence
This training is virtual and requires full camera attendance and engagement throughout the session. Attendees who are unable to commit to the participation requirements will be removed from the course.
The CACJ Training Acknowledgement and Agreement (TAA) is required and must be signed by all parties to complete registration.
