Once participant needs have been identified through the biopsychosocial assessment, the next step is determining what services will be provided to address those needs. This session introduces the treatment service categories within the new CMS and explains how they are used to build participant treatment plans. Participants will learn the purpose of each service category, how to distinguish between similar services, and where common accountability court treatment services fit within the new framework. Through practical examples, attendees will gain confidence in selecting the appropriate service category and creating treatment plans that are individualized, consistent, and aligned with assessment findings.
