State of Georgia Accountability Court Funding Program FY'21 Solicitation Packet
Eligibility
Applicants are limited to local entities for new and existing Adult Felony Drug Court, Adult Mental Health Court, Veterans Treatment Court, DUI Court, Family Treatment Court, Juvenile Drug Court, or Juvenile Mental Health Court.
Any applications received of the same court type within a single jurisdiction (circuit or county) will be reviewed together and considered one application.
Deadline
Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020.
Available Funding
The amount available for distribution will be determined by the legislature during the 2020 session. There is a 10% cash match requirement.
Please note: this match may likely increase every year.
Award Period
July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

FY'21 Accountability Court Grant Application
Application Submission Information
The FY'21 Accountability Court Grant Application is a new format. Please follow the instructions below to access the grant application.
Existing and New Courts: Coordinators will receive an email on February 18, 2020 from Kimberly Howard that contains a user name and password to access the grant application. The user name and password are emailed to the same user (coordinator or director) that completed the program's FY'21 Court Operating Profile (COP).
Applicants are encouraged to begin the application early and do not hit submit or complete until the application is complete. Each court will only have ONE (1) opportunity to complete the application.
Please use CJCC Funding Opportunities to submit the completed grant application packet.
Staff will not be available after 5:00 pm on Friday, March 20, 2020 to assist.
Late applications will not be accepted.
