FY27 Accountability Court Operating Grant

The CACJ and CJCC will begin accepting applications for the FY27 Accountability Court Operating Grant on Monday, January 26, 2026.     

Completed grant applications packet submissions are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

This grant application is for a certified accountability court or approved FY27 new implementation court applying for state grant funds during the upcoming FY27 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027). 

CACJ will host a webinar and a Q&A session on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, to answer questions about the FY27 Operating Grant application. To attend the session, please register in advance.

  • Accountability Court Coordinators and/or Directors will receive an email from CACJ (Kimberly Howard) with the survey link, a username and password to complete the application on Monday, January 26, 2026.  
  • If you do not receive the email please contact Kimberly Howard no later than January 31, 2026.
  • FY27 Operating Grant PDF of questions - Please note that this is not the application and is only a summary of the questions. Courts should complete the application using the provided link. 

Required Documents for Application Packet Submission

• The PDF summary of the grant application. This document will be received via email after the application is completed.
  • Save this document to your computer and upload the PDF using the Formstack submission form. CACJ cannot accept printed and scanned copies of this document.
• The court's organizational chart (template provided)
