FY26 Emergency Grant

CACJ and CJCC are accepting applications for the FY26 Emergency Grant from Monday, January 5, 2026 to Friday, January 23, 2026. 

 

   Scope/allowable requests

  • Treatment
  • Drug testing
  • Surveillance
  • Case management – contract ONLY.
  • If granted funds will be made available 4/1/2026 until 6/30/2026.
  • Emergency funds are typically used to support an increase in census.
  • There is no match requirement.

Applicants are limited to existing accountability courts.
